Very productive and creative time in the studio over the last couple of months. Our 'Geochroma' work is evolving in a very satisfying and rewarding way. In spite of the challenges! Here are some of our latest works.
After a very hectic year of exhibitions - 3 shows on 3 continents! - we are very happily back in the studio, after a welcome break. We are creating painted backgrounds (linen or canvas on a rigid support) for some of the Geochroma pieces. Here are the latest.
Excited to be showing with Rebecca Hossack Gallery at Hong Kong AAF. Here are two works from our new rocket series on the RHG stand at the fair.

Brilliant news! Sweet+Shore are finalists in the 2018 Bay of Fires Art Prize in Tasmania.
Good news (briefly), then bad!
We were recently shortlisted as finalists in the prestigious international Fleurieu Biennale Art Prize (until last year the richest landscape art prize in the world). Unfortunately I had forgotten the entered work had been shown before (against the rules of the prize), and when we informed the judges of our mistake, we of course were unable to continue in the competition. Very disappointing, but thank-you Fleurieu for the vote and sorry we couldn't be part of the exhibition!
We are thrilled with this developing new work which we call Geotranscapes.
Great news! We will have a solo show next year at Cupola Gallery, U.K. More details to follow.
The very first (as yet unpainted) prototype of our 3-D work. Each individual panel will be an artwork that relates/contrasts with all the other panels on the cube octahedron. A very exciting development.
One of a series of 4 new hexagons, using drawing elements on the painted surface.
